Pioneers of plant-based food - this is how Biolab rightly describes itself. As one of the first Italian companies to specialize in the production of organic plant-based foods, Biolab has now been successful for over 30 years. Today, a wide range of vegetarian and vegan products are produced at three production sites. Vegetarian cold cuts account for just under half of sales. Together with our distribution partner for the Italian market, Niederwieser Spa, we have developed a Weber slicing solution for Biolab that meets the challenge of slicing vegetable products precisely and with a constant weight on a daily basis.
